Spring Fling @ Clarian North

Yesterday, we went to Clarian North and enjoyed their Spring Fling and the beautiful 80+ weather. Lillian LOVED having her new sandals on. She thought they were the best thing ever. At the spring fling, we were able to get a 4D ultrasound of Baby Clark...I'm (Melissa) still saying it's a girl. She (or he) was being just like its sister and wouldn't cooperate much with letting us see its face. It had its hands up by the eyes and was even sucking on two of its fingers...the same thing Lillian always did during ultrasounds. Randy and I loved seeing the 4D pictures...Whether boy or girl, it was very CUTE!!! We walked around to some of the other booths. Lillian saw a lion from afar and made her little lion noise, "arrrrr". She wasn't too fond of him though as we approached him for a picture.

Randy is Honored

Last weekend, we were able to watch Randy be honored into one of his National Honor Societies. He has worked very hard over the past 3 1/2 years and we are all so proud of him. At times, it was tough to stay focused and get stuff done, but he persevered and is graduating with honors. Randy's dad and my parents came over to help celebrate the day.

Easter

Spent Easter weekend in Champaign. Loved being with family. Ate way too much. Kids did an Easter Egg hunt. Took some time to remember what Jesus did for each of us.

Uncle Bobby's House

Our family headed south to Uncle Bobby and Aunt Staci's house to help celebrate Randy's grandma's 90th birthday. We spent Sat. playing at Bobby and Staci's house, fishing on lake and enjoying the fresh air. Lillian also enjoyed looking at Uncle Bobby's turtle. Sunday, the entire Clark family was together to celebrate Katie's birthday. It was a day filled with family, food, and fun.

Playdate with a Friend

Earlier in the month, I had my spring break and Lillian was home with me. It was a very special week. We were able to have lots of quality time together as well as meet a few friends to play. One of the days we met Mary and Grant at the Central Library where we heard stories. Lillian helped with the story by holding onto the blueberry and carrot until the reader needed them. Lillian did a great job with sharing. They have a great "green screen" where kids can go and "be on tv". Lillian was swimming with the crocodiles and playing football (we did that one for daddy!). Then we read some books and played with the huge magnetic wall. What a blast -- Can't wait to have time this summer to do it again!

Hi Friends and Family! We are sorry we haven't posted any pictures over the past month. April has been really BUSY! It's hard to believe that May is this Friday...where did April go? Anyway, in the midst of a busy month, we did take some pictures and would love to share. Enjoy.
