Creativity: Valance

My mom helped me (actually she did all of the work!) make a valance for the baby's room. I found the fabric and she sewed them. I think it makes the room. Thanks Mom for your help! Baby Clark will LOVE it!

Summer Days

Our sweet little Lilly.
Lillian LOVES her pool. We can't keep her out of it! She's blowing Mommy a kiss in this picture.
Cuddling with Daddy after "wrestling" on the floor. Lillian LOVES her daddy.
Talking on her phone. Randy and I love to "listen" to her have a conversation with this imaginary person.
Making a picture for Mommy and Daddy.
Watching cousin Katie's soccer game.
My Uncle Bobby.
"Sunglass" as Lillian says...she loves to wear one of her sunglasses in the car and even in the house.
Taking her baby doll for a ride in her mini-coupe.
She can now climb up on the dining room chairs....Oh where does the time go? This day she climbed up and wanted her snack in the big chair instead of her high chair. We will be switching to her booster seat soon....Such a big girl!

Cousins' Reunion

I love my cousin, Natalie!

The path leading up to Prairie Farms near Gamma and Papa's house. Lillian loved seeing all of the animals. She even petted a horse and a bunny.

Lillian's gift from her cousin, Natalie. Isn't she cute?!

WHEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I love to swing!

In the pool again!

Liam and Carter "hanging out".

Cousins - l-r: Liam, Carter, Natalie and Lillian

I love Aunt Jenn...She gets me laughing every time!

The group! We look good!

Last weekend, we had a "Briski" girls' reunion. I got together with my sisters and two of our cousins at my parent's house in Champaign. My aunt and uncle came down too -- we had a very full house, not only full of people, but full of noise, food, laughter, memories and fun. It was a very special weekend as we haven't been altogether in a few years. We talked, took the kids to the park, went to Prairie Farms (like a petting zoo with our park district), had a great lunch without kids (the grandparents took charge of the 4 little ones...) and watched the kids swim. Many memories were made that will last a lifetime. Love you all!
